“Daniel 6:26-27 I issue a decree that in all the dominion of my kingdom men are to reverently fear and tremble before the God of Daniel, For He is the living God, enduring and steadfast forever, And His kingdom is one which will not be destroyed, And His dominion will be forever. He rescues and saves and performs signs and wonders In heaven and on earth— He who has rescued Daniel from the power of the lions.”
[King Darius declared this after Daniel was brought out of the lions den unharmed.]
What great reminders are in these verses! God is THE living God – the only One who sees, hears, cares and communes. He has no end, neither does His Kingdom. All we know will cease to be, save what we know of our reigning King. He saves and is a powerful, working God. He is our God. He has made us who are in Christ Jesus a part of this Kingdom. This powerful God brought us into Himself; He is for us! Let this resonate in your heart today, Christian, and resurrect your soul!
Romans 8:16-17 AMP “The Spirit Himself testifies and confirms together with our spirit assuring us that we believers are children of God. And if we are His children, then we are His heirs also: heirs of God and fellow heirs with Christ sharing His spiritual blessing and inheritance, if indeed we share in His suffering so that we may also share in His glory.”
